What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best result, choose a photo where your pet’s face is clearly visible with no objects or obstacles in front of it such as toys, hands, or blankets. Photos with vibrant colors, good lighting, and minimal shadows work best, as they allow our design team to capture your pet’s details clearly. If possible, select a photo where your pet is facing the camera so their adorable expression can shine through on your custom case.
If your photo needs small adjustments, our design team will carefully prepare it to make sure your pet looks its best.
Will you edit or remove background of my pet’s photo for me?
Yes—our design team carefully crops and prepares your photo so your pet’s face looks centered, clear, and adorable on the design. We’re thoughtful about little details like balance and placement because we want the final case to feel like a keepsake, not “just a print.”
What exactly will my final case look like?
Your pet’s photo will be turned into a clean, cute headshot-style design and placed into the BabyBlue Bowtique pattern so it looks consistent, bright, and stylish. Because every pet photo is unique, each case will have its own personality—just like your pet—which is what makes it so special.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom case?
Custom items take a bit longer than ready-made products because each order is personalized and prepared by our team. Production typically takes 1 business week, and shipping time depends on your location (often 2–4 business days). We know you’re excited to receive it, and we treat every order with care along the way.
What if my case looks scratched when I receive it?
Don’t worry—your product is protected during shipping. Our transparent TPU cases come with a protective film to prevent scratches in transit. If you notice marks or a cloudy surface, it is usually the protective film. You can slowly peel it off from the inside of the case (the side with the model sticker) starting from the edge.
For acrylic products, there is also a protective film placed on the surface to keep the design safe during shipping. Once gently removed, the acrylic will appear clear and glossy underneath.
We include this protective layer so your product arrives in the best condition possible.
