Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
Orders below $35 will have a shipping fee that is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


Delivery Times

Standard USA Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order from dispatch until delivery using the provided tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us.


Delivery Delays or Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partner, Pawsnpops is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather or natural disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.


If Tracking Shows β€œDelivered” but You Didn’t Receive It

Please:
β€’ Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
β€’ Check around your property or mailbox
β€’ Contact your local courier

If it is still missing, notify us within 5 days so we can help investigate.


Incorrect or Changed Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are non-refundable unless returned to us

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
