Customization & Product Quality?

1. What products do you offer?
We specialize in customizable Popsockets, keychains, and phone cases featuring your pet’s photo. Our products are designed to be stylish, durable, and perfect for pet lovers!

2. How does the customization process work?
Simply upload a high-quality photo of your pet, choose your preferred design, and place your order. Our team manually adjusts each image to ensure the best fit before printing.

3. What kind of photos work best?
For the best results, use a high-resolution, well-lit image with your pet centered in the frame. Avoid blurry, overly dark, or heavily filtered pictures.

4. How do I know my order will arrive in perfect condition?
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage. For acrylic products, a protective film is applied to prevent scratches during transportation. Please peel off the film upon receiving your item to reveal the clear and vibrant design underneath. If your product has a factory defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our processing time is typically 7-14 days, as every product is carefully customized. Shipping times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

7. Do you offer rush processing?
Unfortunately, we do not take rush orders. Every product is custom-made with precision, which takes time to ensure the highest quality. Please review our estimated shipping times before placing your order.But there is express shipping which takes 1-3 days to deliver your order.

8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

9. What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If necessary, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

10. Why are your prices higher than other custom print shops?
Each order requires individual design work and special mold cutting to ensure a perfect fit for your pet’s image. Unlike mass-produced items, our process is tailored to each order, requiring extra time and craftsmanship. Additionally, every purchase helps support animal rescue efforts!

Returns & Exchanges

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a quality issue caused by the factory, we are happy to offer a replacement exchange at no extra cost.

12. What qualifies as a quality issue?
A quality issue includes printing defects, incorrect customization (different from what was approved), or product damage during production. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

13. Can I get an exchange if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse or personal preference. Since every item is custom-made just for you, please review your order carefully before submitting!

14. Who decides if an exchange is approved?
Paws & Pops retains the right to determine if an exchange is applicable based on the issue reported. Our goal is to ensure every customer and pet is happy with their purchase!
